7950 Now beats a 680?

Im just wondering because alot of things have been said since AMD had their new drivers out that a 7950 can beat a 680.I mean i have about 1100 on the core and 1500 on the memory so i should in theory be beating a 680? Just wondering if anyone can comfirm that with the new drivers a 7950 can beat a 680.
