7950 or R9 270x

I am about to upgrade my video card
i am on a budget of 170 Euro's.

My current specs :

Fx 6100
Sabertooth 990 fx
8 GB Ram
600 Watt Psu
HD6870 1 GB

i noticed the 270x SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R9 270X 2GB OC with Boost for 169 Euro's

However i also spotted a
SAPPHIRE HD 7950 3GB with Boost for 159 Euro's

I dont have enough knowledge to determine wich card will benefit
me the most a wild guess i would say the 7950 but iam not sure.

Please anyone got some advice ?

I would love to play games at high settings @1080p with 60 fps if possible.

Think about games like : FC 3 , Hitman absolution , the shadow of mordor game
if possible that game looks great , AC black Flag

just to name a few.

Dreams or possible ?

ps : 6100 not the greatest cpu but cannot afford to upgrade it.

7950 is slightly higher than the R9 270X.

7950 is the better card, that is comparable to the R9 280 which is the level up from the 270X.

The r9 280 is just a re badged 7950.
