So I'm looking at these two cards:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202006&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
And:
http://www.microcenter.com/product/409682/R7870-2GD5T-OC_Radeon_HD7870_OC_2048MB_GDDR5_PCIe_30_x16_Video_Card
OR:

So the 7950 is $289 at $269 after rebate. And the 7870 is $229 at $209 after rebate, but that's from my local Microcenter. On NewEgg, the 7870 is $239 at $225 after rebate.
But with the 7950 I get Crysis 3 and some BioShock game (I think Infinite, and I own Crysis 1 and 2 and the other two btw).
The 7870 at NewEgg I get BioShock and Tomb Raider. At MC I get nothing but it costs less. (In other words, I'd play Crysis 3, probably not BS or TR.)
I'm leaning towards the NewEgg one's (because I'd play Crysis 3, with the 7870 being a $20-ish difference for a new I think $60 game).
The question is: is the extra $50 ($35 after rebate) worth it for the 7950? I have a budget yknow, but I can AFFORD IT, but I'd like not to spend it if I can.
I play mostly games like: Total War series, BF3, CoD, Skyrim, Minecraft (herp-a-derp), Blacklight Retribution, Ghost Recon, and other mainstream Steam games haha. I also slightly use Photoshop and always Camtasia Studio for YouTube. I also want this card to run Rome 2 TW when it comes out, but I doubt I'll get max settings with any of these (I'd need a $400 7970 or 8000 series, and f**k that
)
Build: AMD FX 6100 OC'd @ 3.9GHz
AMD Radeon HIS IceQ X 6870 slight OC (I love this card, but it's time to upgrade)
M5A97 EVO+
8GB RAM (would upgrade to 16 with this card)
Thermaltake TR2 600w
Thank you guys so much if you can help.
Edit: Or if you can, recommend a Nvidia equivalent in performance and most importantly cost.
