7950 with 3 monitors, i cant get it to work

So i have a HD7950 xfx double dissipation edition. I have 3 VX248 monitors that all run 1920x1080 and use hdmi. What i am trying to figureout is why my third monitor will not turn on, i have one pluged in via DVI to hdmi passive cord adaptor, one via the hdmi port and another with a mini-displayport to hdmi adaptor, i have no clue if it is active or not,it is the jda159 4k HDMI adaptor from j5Create.

The adaptor works but when it is plugged in it makes the passive DVI to HDMI adaptor stop working.

It's a passive adapter according to the specs. With that card you have to use an active adapter(if you are using more than 2 monitors).
