7970 Farcry 3 Low Fps

I dont really know my exact specs but i know i have an amd radeon 7970 8 gigs of ram and an i5 processor. I realize this isnt very much information but im still sure that i should be running the game on max graphics better than a constant framerate of 20.

I also have a 7970 and get bad framerates with anitalising on max. I had bad framerates until I turned AA to 4x and than I got ~40fps
