Hi, what should i get. I can get them both for the same price. I use pc for everyday use maybe some games and music production. Thx for your help !

The CPUs require different motherboards. The 7980 requires an X299 motherboard. The 10900 requires a 400 series motherboard (z490 for example).
The X299 motherboard is usually more expensive than a Z490. To maximize performance on an X299 motherboard, you also want to buy a matched set of 4 DIMMs.
You get more physical cores with the 7980 (18 vs 10), but lower single core clock speed -- https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/compare.html?productIds=199331,126699
For an "everyday" computer, I wouldn't recommend either.
