Question $799 Gigabyte RTX 3080 OC 12 GB vs $869 EVGA 3080 FTW Ultra Gaming 10 GB

Hello fellow PC enthusiasts! The title says it all. I've heard nothing but good things about EVGA and awful things about Gigabyte as far as customer support is concerned. I used to exclusively use Gigabyte MBs and never had any issues. However, my EVGA GTX 1070 has been a trooper. I'm also using an EVGA SuperNova 80+ gold 850 watt PSU and it has been wonderful for the past 6 years. So...the Gigabyte costs about $70 less and I get 2 more GB of VRAM plus a little extra. Should I take a chance with Gigabyte? I would just like some opinions. I am leaning towards the Gigabyte. Thank You!

The 12GB version also has slightly more shader units, so it should perform better.

The EVGA FTW cards also seems to be a card for people who are willing to spend time overclocking and tweaking it to get the most out of it.

Can't speak to Gigabyte's customer service, but I've used quite a few of their motherboards and most of those were decent.
