Hello guys, I won a grand prize at a local electronics store and I get to replace my gtx 680 for one of those 3 cards , I have no idea what to choose because they are about the same price here ..
some friends told me to go for 7990 but I heard it has heat issues and stuff .. what do you think ?
I don't have much time left I must choose tonight :p

Splendid
Personally I would grab the Titan, since you are not paying for it and it is a prize.
The 7990 does have issues, and I find the 290X runs too hot and loud for my liking.
This is purely my opinion and what I would choose in your position.

The 7990 has a lot of issues with Crossfire scaling, Microstuttering etc. Unless the drivers sort out these issues. Also its a Dual core card so with games that don't support Crossfire the Titan will pull ahead by quite a bit. Drivers come into play here a lot with the 7990.

The titan is an awesome single GPUcard and if you can get one for free then Id go for that.

The 7990 will give more performance and maybe they fixed the issues with drivers. The Titan is the more reliable option

I personally would go for the Titan. But my preference is generally Nvidia so not really a fair opinion in that regard.

Well good question.
7990 is older than 290X. Titan is weaker than 290X and 7990. 290X has shitty ref. cooler and runs loud and hot. But if you have some extra cash for an aftermarket cooler go with the 290X.
But this is just one opinion.

I've always been with Nvidia cards never been let down , I never owned an AMD card so I don't know much about there cards, but I guess I'll stick with the safe side and go for the titan and sell my gtx 680 and get 4th generation CPU

I'd say go for titan. But On the gamesthat support crossfire the 7990 is ahead. And speaking of 7990's issues... they will surely be sorted out by the future drivers. But we might have to wait for more time. Titan still performs better than R9 280x. R9 280x colud be better I guess only if you are an eyefinity gamer, or even maybe Not. So to be on the safer side Grab the Titan.

Here they are about the same price so it does not lead to any noticable cash if I sell the titan and get a 290x

Good choice :p also the technologies with the Nvidia 660 and up cards are superior to AMD.. HBAO+, FXAA, Shadowplay etc. So the value of the card is very high
