Hello, I'm trying to get a Moba that I could, later on, upgrade for a 10th gen Intel. Right now I have a 7th gen Intel Core i7-7700 Kaby Lake-S.
If I change my current motherboard (H110M-CS) for a new one with LGA 1200 it will not fit for my current CPU?
Should I wait for buying as a combo already?

Thank you

No. Only the 10th generation fit the LGA1200. If you wish to upgrade you will need both a CPU and motherboard.

There are no guarantees on how long a socket will be used by Intel.

Solution
Correct the i7 7700 only works on socket 1151 version 1 so chipsets 1xx and 2xx and runs the intel 6000 and 7000 series cpus, socket 1151 version 2 is chipsets 3xx and 4xx runs intel 8000 and 9000 series cpus.

The newest socket form intel is the 1200 and only runs the 10000 series cpu that just came out. You will have to upgrade both cpu and motherboard at the same time if you move to socket 1200
