7zip turned everything in my laptop in to 7zip files

all my files my programs (mozilla firefox Internet Explorer, Steam, Battle Net Etc.) has turned into 7zip files aswell computer files like Run program. How do i Undo this? If I choose something to run aswell it says C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\lol.launcher.exe\ something like this and not open the program. and some things that are built in as well dont run correctly like All programs.

Start > All Programs > Default Programs > Set Your Default Programs - Then just choose 7zip from the list and only associate it with the file types listed here:

http://www.7-zip.org/

You might try uninstalling 7-Zip then rebooting as well. That might be easier.

Then re-install it.

when I click Default Programs a 7zip file opens up and says C:\Windows\system32\control.exe\.

Then try the other suggestion above and uninstall 7-zip.
