8.1 on ryzen 3?

looking at ryzen 3 system for a customer, its due to the touch screen layout as windows 10 is kinda crappy in that reguard.

do any of you run ryzen 2200g and 8.1? are there any major blocks or is it just drivers need to be forced?

Question from achrist0418 : "ryzen vega apu with windows 8.1"

i was surprised to see mention that amd does not have drivers for 8.1, its not that old of an os? is there decent reliability in forcefully loading vega drivers and asus a320 chipsets for 8.1? or am i stuck with either an older tech board or the less polished touch interface of windows 10?

not everyone views every thread, thus someone in CPU's may see the thread where that same individual may not frequent windows 8.
