Ok, My pc hasn't had many problems in the 2 years I've had it. About 7 months ago, I looked into my ram and it's got 4.2 gb ram reserved by hardware. This perplexed me, but it was essentially explained to me that the system would free the reserved ram when needed, so I didn't need to worry. Fast forward to yesterday. I cleaned out my ram sticks, gpu to clean around them. I was really careful, and upon boot, my pc recognized 10gb in the bios and cpuz, but still gave me the 4.2 reserved nonsense. I said screw it. This morning, I boot and have 1.5 gb ram available, so I reboot and reseat the ram. Now I boot up and it wont take me to the login or anything, and keeps telling me system drivers are missing, and it either goes into a repairing loop or shuts off entirely. I don't have a win 8 install disc, the pc was refurbished and came with none, and I never made a recovery usb or dvd. I have no other pcs that have windows 8 or 8.1. What can I do?

Solution
If it says the drivers are missing, then the drivers are missing. Post the actual error code and try putting the old graphics card in for now.
