i can't login 8 ball pool using facebook on my samsung 10.1? please help me

You may want to contact the game developers for that kind of issue. The only option I can think of is go to options -> apps -> select the game, force stop it and clear data. This will "reset" the game as if it was just freshly installed, it usually solves lots of issues, but you will lose your data which means accounts registered or your history, you will not recover it unless the game stores your history in the cloud.

Uninstall game. Go to SDcard by file explorer and delete "miniclipid" text file. Reinstall game and try again.
