Question 8 beeps or flashing red light

My PC often does not boot. It'll either hang for a while and often emit 8 beeps or sometimes it will just blink a red light and do nothing. If I cut the power and reboot enough times, sometimes it will boot and act like nothing is wrong. Anyone know what this might mean?

Windows 10 home
motherboard: Biostar TZ68K+
CPU: i5-2500k
GPU: geforce GTX 750 Ti
memory: 2 sticks of ram?

Download the manual, check the page 17, there are the onboard LED indicators so that you know which part has problem.
