From intel site they recommend to buy the low density RAM. http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/dh61ww/sb/CS-032156.htm But I think you can use the high density RAM for the H61 too. But I recommend to use the RAM finder, like:
http://www.gskill.com/en/configurator
http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/memory-info?cm_re=top-nav-_-flyout-memory-_-us-memory
http://www.kingston.com/us/memory/search/options/

For 4GB low density one, make sure it is either one side or two side type.
1)Like One side, the RAM has the 8 chip, 512 M x 8. You can enlarge the picture for detail. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231642
2)Like Two side, the RAM has the 16 chip, 256 M x 8 in both side...

Double check which type the RAM you had before you buy the new RAM, but some of RAM may have the heatsink, that you may have problem to check it out.
