8 GB out of 12 GB Hardware Reserved Problem

Recently I installed two XPG 4 GB DDR3 1600 (PC3-12800) by Adata in my pc, but both have shown up in the hardware reserved. I have tried a few things but nothing has worked. Here are the specs to my system:

OS: Windows 10, 64 bit.
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev 5.0)
Processor: AMD-4300 3.8 GHz
Graphics Card: EVGA NVidia GTX-750 ti (2 GB vram)
Installed ram: 1 Adata Premier unbuffered DIMM DDR3 1600 (4GB) and 2 Adata XPG 4 GB DDR3 1600 (PC3-12800)

Is there a way to fix this or did I get incompatible ram?

What happens if you just use the two new sticks?

When adding ram you might get issues,

Can keep the old stick as back up or sell it.
