RAM: DIMM3: Kingston 99U5584-005.A00LF (2x 4GB modules)
Hello, guys. I am having this issue and I really don't know what to do. My memory (RAM) is 8 GB, but only 3,90 is aviable, the rest is "hardware reserved" (https://s31.postimg.org/i8bl97ykr/Sn_mek_obrazovky_864.png) Any ideas? I am desperate. Thanks.

Another problem is this strange lag as shown in the video. But it happens really rarely (once in three months). I can do nothing. Just have to restart the PC physically: https://ulozto.cz/live/!ejpUGdnJM/video-2016-07-24-21-58-21-mov
