I would not run a $400 GPU on that. That's essentially a mediocre 400W power supply, a step above the pure garbage but not recommendable for this use (old, group regulated design that can't actually get its rated output on the +12V rail, which is what matters most these days). It's not surprising it only has the single PCIE connector.

Solution
Another thing to remember with pre-built systems is that the PSU, even though not always poor quality on some PC brands, will almost certainly not be sufficient for a GPU upgrade - -- they are usually just sufficient for the hardware that's in it when it leaves the factory.


The bottom line is you need a new PSU which has the two connecting cables that your 1070 Ti requires -- GPU won't work unless both cables are connected. -- don't go cheap on a PSU, use this opportunity to get a good one
