Question 8 pin pcie splitter cables

Is it okay to use 3 8 pin splitter cables from a corsair rm850x psu to power an asus strix 3080 10gb? They are corsair branded individually sleeved cables but come as a splitter which confused me, when i ordered the cables the description for them didn't elaborate that they were split cables . i have 3 of the splitter cables can i use all 3 cables but only connect 1 of each split cable from the aforementioned split cables and be fine as far as power draw?

Yes, that will be fine (using the 3 cables as described).

Use the first connector on each cable. Corsair cables are decent quality cables so using 2 cables (one with 1 connector and one with 2 connector) is possible too.
