[SOLVED] 8-pin Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 570 compatible with 6-pin XFX Pro 550W power supply?

Hi there.

Currently looking to replace my graphics card which died and was wondering if an XFX Pro 55W power supply would be adequate enough to run a Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 570. Not only that but also noticed that the power supply has only a 6-pin connector, while the graphics card has an 8-pin slot.

Would this be safe to run or am I better off using an 6-to-8-pin adapter, or going for another card entirely?

You'll need a 6 to 8 pin adapter. That should be safe since the RX570 doesn't draw much power from the 8 pin power.

Thanks, was really worried that the card was a bit too power demanding.
