8 pin to CPU motherboard doubt :)

I have this PSU: thermaltake litepower 700w
and this motherboard: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0

My doubt is:
The pin in my power supply looks like this one:

and my entry pin to the motherboard looks like this:

Is it compatible?Will i break my board if i connect them?

Maybe to easier identify the main 4 pin connector from the secondary one.
