Question 80-100 FPS with RTX 3080?!?

I have absolutely no clue what is happening or causing the low frames with my 3080.

Computer: Asus Rog Strix Z490 E, i7-10700k, 2x8 vengeance 3600 MHz, aio cpu cooler, gigabyte oc rtx 3080, and 850w PSU.

I play on 1440p highest settings. I have swapped to a 1080p and experienced 0 change. I have put all settings to low in game and again, 0 change. I’m absolutely clueless. All drivers are updated, mother board is AI over locked, in which I have played with it on and off without change. Please help!

Umm, I noticed that in the last 2 runs you did, the gpu doesn't even finish its portion of the test. That's why there's no score for that part as well as all the incompletes at the top.

What is the make and model of that power supply?

It keeps failing. Sphere test failure. Evga 850W

I am not sure what's going on with your 3080.

One thing I do know is, when I had my 3080 on a different mobo it was perfect. Just for kicks I did another one with my old 2060. Same result. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/35487970

Welp I believe that did work although, memory clock frequency is quite low. I was under the impression that out of the box should be like 1800-1900 no?

DDR = Dual Data Rate.
1800 or 1900 times 2 = ?

Okay I’m losing it then. I apologize, I’ve been on shift for 4 days. Can you explain this though. 1080p my frames are so <Mod Edit> with everything low. Every benchmark I see on YouTube they get 200ish! https://ibb.co/wrHCq2S
