Hello guys,
I am looking to build a new PC soon. I am going to use the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 as a CPU and the XFX RX590 Fatboy for GPU.

First of all, is a 650w power supply enough to power my rig? If not, then how many Watts should my PSU have?
Second of all, I found a specific PSU ( Seasonic Focus GX-650 ) and I would like to hear your guys's opinions on that PSU. I would like to know if the extra money is worth the Gold+ Certificate or if I should go for a Bronze Certificated PSU.

I hope I can get useful information from you guys.

Thank you in advance,
Panagiotis

First tally up the wattage requirements for all components in your build. If a wattage range is given use the high value. If a recommended PSU wattage is provides use that wattage.

Once tallied add 25% more.

There are some online calculators that can make the process a bit easier - however, try two or three plus your own work to achieve a consensus wattage value.

Gold. The PSU is critical to the system and if you can afford the higher end, more efficient products then purchase accordingly.
