80$ for powerful graphic card?

Motherboard : Asus p5kpl-am lga 775
Ram : 4 gb ddr 2
Processor : pentium dual core E5200 2.5 ghz oc to 3.5ghz
Psu 480w
I just have 80$ for graphic card, is there any powerful vga for playing like mk x high setting or any powerful game?

Buy used parts on Ebay. For $80, you should be able to get 7850 2G or something better on Ebay. You also may want to upgrade your CPU to Q6600 for $20 on Ebay. Your MB support up to Q9650 with Bios update.

A PC with an R7 250X needs a good quality 430+W PSU.

You might be better off just buying used gtx 570 or sometimes the 660's will be under $80 on ebay
