I've been looking around for a few days for answers to my specific issue with my RAM usage. A few people say restart the computer but when I did this it did nothing but temporarily postpone the issue. My RAM usage slowly increases the longer i use my Computer and rebooting only shortly fixes the issues. Any solutions?

you are using 3 sticks of low speed ram... take out the middle one. dual channel is faster than single and your ram filling up is most likely virus/maleware related. do a scan. I mean a full scan. do it in safe mode if it finds nothing.

1333 ram with 2 sticks runs at 1333. 1333 with 3 sticks runs at 667. add a 4th stick for 1333 or take out the middle one. speed will double and 8 gb will never be maxed out when gaming on any game available today. only video editing will use more than 8 gb and very few people on this forum do that... not saying you don't but just as advice.

I have an identical system for my brother 8350 8 gb 1333 ram 128 ssd and a 6850 gpu. it never even uses more than 4 gb of ram when gaming. and its super...
