80% of RAM Usage while being Idle !

Hello ,
I built a desktop for gaming few days ago, and I'm using 1 x Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Single DDR3 1600 MHz and while I was playing a game My game suddenly started a massive FPS drop (from 120 to 20,11,9 or sometimes even 1) then I tried to check Task Manager and I went over to Performance and I saw this :

Then I selected Processes tab and I didn't noticed anything that takes that much RAM :

I even tried to close every single program and even then the RAM usage stays more than 6 GB ! the problem is only solved when I restart my system ! and that is a bit too annoying because most of the times this happens when I'm playing multiplayer games ! so what should I do ?? any suggestion ?

download malwarebytes, download antivirus, run both as administrator and in safe mode if needed. i suspect you may have some hardcore infection what's causing this.

the other idea could be memory leak caused by the game, but thats unlikel if it's an online multiplayer game.

Thanks for replying , but the windows is just installed yesterday and Windows Defender and also Windows SmartScreen is running all the time .. I've been using those two for the past few years on my laptop and I was just fine.
And for the game it is Battlefield 3 & 4 I've been playing that as well on my laptop with no Memory issues at all and I never saw any of my friends have any memory leaks with them as they are well optimized in memory side.

any other suggestion ?
