800-850 euros pc build

So i've been working in the summer so i can buy a new pc, my budget is about 800-850 euros and i live in Portugal ( if this helps somehow) i've been looking in stores for pc builds but they seem so expensive for so little perfomance.

I plan on playing overwatch, blade and soul, cs go, revelation online..
Can anyone help me here?
