I would prefer a geforce GTX video card because the minimum specs for GTX cards are lower for far cry 4

Is this build good? I changed the video card.

No no no do not get the gtx 760 the 280x is quite a bit more powerful its comparable to a gtx 770 the gtx 760 is more like a r9 270x. If you want the most performance for the money the 280x is the way to go and its fine for far cry 4 better than a 760 would be. What requirements are you looking at? Here are the correct requirements.

i am building according to the recommended requirements not the least.

I think i might bump up my budget to 1000$ is this one good?

Yes that is much better the 970 is defiantly the best choice if you can afford it.

are all the PCs built the same? and will this one run far cry 4 ultra no 45 FPS+?

what is SLI? i know i sound like a noob because i am actually.

ok this one surely has to be good.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tVgDhM

SLI is when you have two graphics cards (or more) in the same computer on amd cards its called crossfire. But hes right you dont really need a cheap z97 board you might as well just get a nicer H97 board since you wont require the extra features the z97 chipset has.

no H97 MOBO supports SLI

No none support sli although some support crossfire for amd cards.

thats it, I choose the gigabyte SLI MOBO because it is only a little bit more expensive but it supports SLI which is very good. But will this build run far cry 4 ultra 45 FPS+?

the 970 is a very high end graphics card meant for 1440p and higher gaming.

do you live near a micro center? micro center has deals on intel cpus and matching motherboard that nobody online can match. for $1000 budget you should squeeze in a 4690k cpu since it has a higher value used down the road.

I live in Qatar actually. I will order the parts. Maybe a few months down the line i will upgrade to a 4960k.
