And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: After having two Xboxes I got tired of the inferior graphics, having to pay to play with my friends and 7 year olds threatening to hack my account or report me. Also I like the upgradability that the PC has.

if you want to go with OC setup, you will end up with less powerful GPU gtx 760. the choice is yours
