Are you near a Micro Center?

If you are I feel confident that you could build an AM5 system around the 7600X bundle and still leave enough for a decent GPU and the rest of the build out.

If you aren't I feel fairly confident that you will have to consider falling back to AM4. There are a few really talented build list folks here, so perhaps one of them will post a suggestion.
