This is going to be my first system build. This computer will mostly be used for gaming and maybe some internet browsing. I want to keep the total cost under $800, closer to $700. I'll probably be purchasing this in the next month couple of months. Haven't picked out keyboard, mouse, speakers, or monitor yet. I prefer parts from newegg.com. I don't have any parts preferences, except that they be reliable. I might think about overclocking in the future but not at this time. Not made for SLI/Crossfire. Here are the parts I picked out from what I learned recently about building rigs.

Thats all I picked out so far. With that setup, I should be able to play the newest games out now? CoD4 WaW, GTA IV, Steam games and future games? I don't need to play games on the highest possible settings. How long do you think this system will last me? 1-2 years?
Can I use a 550W PSU instead of the 650W? I used that page on Newegg which tells you the amount of power you need in the system, it said i needed around 620. I've read other forums where people running SLI use 650W but that's not the case here.
Oh, and CD/DVD burners can also read CD's and DVD's? I mean, I don't have to buy a seperate CD/DVD ROM in addition to the burner, right?
Can I upgrade some parts without going over my limit? Any information you can give me will help out greatly. Thanks for reading and replying.
