Hello. I have recently had a change in budget and now am trying to build a multi-purpose computer for $800. This would mostly be used for document typing and video editing, but some occasional gaming such as Civilization V, Minecraft, and Watch Dogs (not on Ultra). This is what I got so far.

I think this is a good build for the price, but I could always be wrong. Any feedback would help, thanks!

Also, would it be worth it to upgrade to a 260x? The one I would want is this one:

It would allow for better performance, but is it worth the extra $40? Please tell me along with any feedback you have. Thanks!

basically got same build as me , same psu , cpu , same cooler , 990 chipset board,, the only thing i would change in yr list is get another stick of 4gig ram and run 8gig in dual channel , and throw in a SSD for you op to run off and this system will be a beast :)

The reason my budget changed was because that $1600 was an estimate on how much money I would have. When my uncle told me the real budget, the max price I could use was changed. I still don't even know the budget, but from what he is telling me, I am suspecting that it is around $800.

Hmmm, just change the psu and it'll be fine

I've changed the PSU. I don't know if I will be able to pull off an 8GB of RAM or an SSD because of the price. I might be able to up my budget to $900 and add those, but that might not happen.
