This build will beat a 6300 anyday day of the week. The motherboard that I used has one click overclocking for the g3258, which will run about any game on high settings with that 280.

The cores do not matter in this case. The overclocked g3258 runs circles around an overclocked 6300, any day of the week.

The AMD FX-6300 is way better than the Intel Pentium G3258, look
