$800 dollar gaming pc build that will run arma 3 at 40-60 fps

I am looking for a gaming pc that cost $800 to build and will run arma 3 at 40-60 fps playing the breaking point mod with around 60-75 people on. Please test this if you can. I would prefer intel for the cpu.
