800 dollar system build (already have a cpu)

I have done the math and i will have 600-650 dollars to build my gaming system. I have already ordered an i5-4460 cpu off of amazon so don't include that into the price tag. I am asking for a build that is priced around 800 dollars with the cpu being an i5-4460.
the main games i will be playing will be csgo, minecraft, fallout 4, and battlefeild 4.

Windows XP and later Windows 7 were the best. Windows 8/8.1 was a huge disappointment. Windows 10 got privacy junk and nobody knows how much identity digging Microsoft is doing with Windows 10. Because Windows 7 is getting old, I would go with Windows 8.1 and download software to make it look like Windows 7.
