$800 Gaming pc and school work

So upcoming the next month, I` m going to be buying a new computer but Im just not an expert on which parts I need to get. I have a mouse and a monitor but i might need another monitor for school work or reading.
The games that I would like to play on it would be:
-guild wars 2(prefer high fps without lag)
-minecraft
-runescape
-league of legends
The price I would love it to be around is $800 please.

Here, this will game like a pro and comes with AC4 and Splinter Cell Blacklist. You can't overclock it though, hope that's okay.
