May I suggest you take your combined cpu and graphics card budget and divide it into two parts. 1/3 for the cpu. and 2/3 for the graphics card.
It is the graphics card that is the main engine for gaming.
Post a initial build with links and prices form flipkart.
Then we will see if we can edit it and do better for your money.
