OS= http://www.reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap/comments/318630/h_windows_7_8_81_servers_office_visio_project/

You can get the OS cheap from reddit.
Improved your build.
You had a mobo which could overclock and a cpu which couldn't.
I have replaced both the cpu and the mobo. Both are very good and you won't feel the difference in performance between this i5 and the i5 that you had chosen.
A cheaper but still very functional case is added.
A badass 280x is added. The vapour x has the best cooling and the price is very good otherwise this card is at around ~ $250!
A TON better psu is added. It is of very good quality.

Hope this helped!
