First, don't spend good hard-earned money on your system and then hook it all up to a power supply that could damage it. At best, it will supply poorly regulated voltage that will make an overclock difficult.

430W is just enough for your video card, but at this budget things are going to be tight.

Next, make use of newegg combo deals if possible to drive down the cost.

Lastly, big overclocks need a good cooler. The Freezer 7 Pro was good at one time, years ago, but there are far better options now.

Right in there, yes. I'm not sure why it's not in the top ten at frosty tech, but you can see the temps if you search for it there. FZ120. Might be +1C
