$800, two systems

I have a rather cool MSI gaming laptop with a gtx 960m in it and could probably sell it for about $800. I just built a desktop with much better stuff and was wondering if I could get any ideas for making a system or 2 capable of 1080p gaming that my brothers could use. Ideally, there are two monitors/accounts that can run simultaneously. I would need to account for monitors, but what do you guys think?

This is just a touch over $800 and I did not select a case, but it has some premium parts. You could go for a lesser monitor, but 144hrz monitors are very nice. You could also swap the Ryzen 3 for a Pentium G4560 and save some cash, but I think it is worth the extra $60 is worth it for the long run.

I like the idea, but I'm trying to make one system for each of them, or one mobo that has one system and a second vurual system (ex. LTT 7 gamers, one computer)
