I made an account just to say thank youDepending on what sticks these are they may both be 1600 - DDR3 (DOUBLE data rate 3) is normally designated by the effective rate (say 1600) when the true freq of the sticks is 800 (take true (800) x 2 to get effective (1600)), If you look in CPU-Z it shows true freq....What are the model #s of sticks you are looking at?
Am guessing that's the case here, though DDR 800 PC3-6400 exist, you seldom ever see any
