Will the pentium D 805 work on a Asus P5W DH Deluxe. I checked on the asus site and it says it supports Pentium D series but the minimum FSB is 200MHz. Does this mean I will have to clock the CPU at 4GHz just to make it work, luckily I have bought very good cooler (Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro) and thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound).
Or is there a chance it just wont work at all?

I've got that exact combo...It works dandy. You don't `have` to overclock it at all. But it'll go to 3.33 without any additional cooling requirement over the stock cooler. I've had mine at 3.2 for a few weeks and it's stable and works a treat - and it's so easy to do!

One thing to bear in mind is that out of the box it's not actually compatible with the core 2 duo...bit naughty this, and is clearly states ON THE BOX that it is! All you need is a BIOS update and it work fine. I think 502, the latest one, fixs this.

Only issue I have is with the Intel ICH... chip, it runs hot (50C). It doesn't cause any problems but if your going for serious OC'ing you don't want the added heat in the case. I stuck a small fan on it, and it's fine now (40C).
