80mm case fan with best db/cfm ration

Hi everyone,

could someone please advise me on the 80mm case fan under 25db with a best db/cfm ratio.

I actually my case does support 2 92mm fans, I thought those are 80mm ones. So what would be a good 92mm fan? Still the silverstone?
Also I got another question, does anybody know how to attach Silverstonen 120mm to XP120 heatsink. Or is it not supposed to be on top of it?

another small question, is it better to control CPU fan by yourself using the knob or let it be controlled by the silverstone fan panel? how effective is this device? (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813999352)

Do I have to just short red and black and connect yellow to mobo CPU fan? Or red and black also gotta be connected to mobo?
