You would only notice a very SLIGHT bottleneck on games that are heavily reliant on both the CPU and GPU. AMD usually struggles a little bit with games like Skyrim that are not compleely GPU bound and require one or two cores with high IPC to operate certain processes within the game.
For instance Skyrim with my GTX 570 and P2 965 (which has a bit better IPC than BD) struggled to maintain over 30 fps in a few games at stock 3.4 ghz. An overclock to 3.9 ghz for me all but eliminated any bottlenecks I had.
So in short yes, in a few titles that are heavily reliant on th brute force of 2 or less cores the BD will propably stutter a little bit at resolution 1080p or under. An overclock to 4.2 gz or so should make this bottleneck...
