82 degree celcius temperature at maximun usage

My build
Cpu : i7 7700
Gpu : 1060 6Gb
Ram : 16 Gb .

my Cpu temp stations at 42 C at idle . it reaches upto 82 c for during my benchmark using novabench .. then, it return back to 40s .... is it normal .....

Those temps are fine for the i7 7700. That processor doesn't throttle until it hits 100C. If you are bothered by the temps, then you should consider a new cooling system or possibly delidding.
