Hi, A friend of mine wanted to buy a computer, and asked me for his advice, and I came across options that was hard for me to choose between.

1.option:
ASUS TUF GAMING FX505GM [LINK]

2.option:
OMEN BY HP [LINK]

Table below shows the important features the laptops have and also which I found from the links above.
Asus laptop also has 7.1 surround virtual sound system as opposed to HP.

So, which laptop would you guys suggest, thanks in advance.

If they are single channel RAM I wouldn’t even bother unless going to immediately upgrade to a dual channel kit. Gaming laptops just should not be sold with single channel RAM. It will stutter and performance is wasted.

yea, seen videos on youtube on performance loss, but i do not have that much of a choice, as ether 16gb versions cost more or equipped with worse gpu/cpu.
