is 62°C too hot for 24/7 usage? it only gets this hot while gaming.
Could i lower the voltages if i use the FBS to overclock (which is hard though because i don't have much freedom with my NB & HT frequencies)

Solution
62C while gaming is fine. As for your second question, clock speed is clock speed in this case - you'll need the same voltage regardless of whether your increase the FSB or multiplier, and increasing the multiplier is much easier.
