8320e can I OC it..

Can I OC to 4.00 GHz and be fine

4 GHz should be a piece of cake. With that cooler even 4,4 GHz shouldn't be problem. Much of it rests with MB, which one do you have ?

In my experience, Bulldozer CPUs benefits more from BLCK changes than Multiplier changes.
