8320E Overclock Wattage

What is the wattage of an oc'ed 8320E? I want to know because of the system I'm building whether I'll be able to xfire two r9 290s with a 650w psu. I'm fairly comfortable with the quality of the psu, gold rated etc.

I wouldn't trust anything less than 850w, assuming each GPU pulls around 275w, you're looking at 550w right there, and your CPU (95w<) and other components will take it over it's rated wattage.
