8350, H100i, temp

What is average temp(what it should be at) for a AMD FX-8350, with a H100i for the cooler??
Im getting high 20c's to mid 30c's

Okay, I just ask because this is my second week of having the cooler, The whole first week it didnt get above 24. now it highs 20's most of the time

Is the temps measured when idle - or 100 % cpu usage?

I do not know what is idle, but under advance task manager in win 8 , it says my cpu usage % is usually between 40. And 60%

Idle is when your cpu usage is 0% - but if you read your temps at that usage then that is your average temp
